1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ceobdt ("ceobdt", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the ceobdt website located at ceobdt.club and all associated services, products, software, and content provided therein.

By accessing or using any part of the ceobdt platform — including browsing the website, creating a player account, initiating a ceobdt login session, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in promotions — you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you consent to be legally bound by them.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

3.4 Account Currency

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ceobdt reserves the right to apply limits on individual accounts as part of anti-fraud or responsible gaming measures.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of submission. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's identity does not match the ceobdt account holder — are not permitted and may be reversed.
• ceobdt does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds with the intent to immediately withdraw without placing bets (commonly known as "money cycling") is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on your account. Withdrawals to a different bKash or Nagad number than the one used to deposit are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from the ceobdt support team.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of request submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved. If you withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any pending bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ceobdt reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests over ৳50,000, which may extend processing times by up to 5 business days.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ceobdt takes anti-money laundering (AML) compliance seriously. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and are obligated to report certain transactions to relevant authorities. Structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using ceobdt to launder funds of any origin, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ceobdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as IPL, BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by ceobdt are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ceobdt operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, closure of the offending account, and potential blacklisting from future ceobdt promotions:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games with high statistical returns to player (RTP) in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional conditions
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to interact with ceobdt games or promotions

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation period, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified completion window, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without compensation. Activation and expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ceobdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, and market type. ceobdt publishes sport-specific rules in the relevant sections of the platform. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. ceobdt does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use ceobdt to launder money
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ceobdt platform — any such issues must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Using any automated tool, script, bot, crawler, or artificial intelligence system to interact with ceobdt games, odds feeds, or account functions
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market

9. Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ceobdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 4.3, provided all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

9.2 Closure by ceobdt

ceobdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring ceobdt to act

In cases of closure due to breach of these Terms, ceobdt reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no ceobdt login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ceobdt will notify you by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts. You may reactivate your account at any time by completing a ceobdt login, at which point dormancy fees will cease.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ceobdt platform — including but not limited to the ceobdt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ceobdt or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ceobdt platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any ceobdt content without express written consent
• Use the ceobdt brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside of the platform
• Create derivative works based on ceobdt's proprietary content
• Frame or mirror any ceobdt page on another website or application

Any unauthorised use of ceobdt's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on ceobdt infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with details of your claim.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ceobdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ceobdt platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform
• Technical errors, system downtime, or service interruptions that prevent you from placing a bet or accessing your account
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or results that are subsequently corrected under the void/correction provisions in Section 6
• Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, banking institutions)
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the ceobdt platform, including sports data, statistics, or promotional information

ceobdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ceobdt does not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

ceobdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ceobdt will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ceobdt following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using ceobdt and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Closing your account under these circumstances will be treated as a voluntary closure under Section 9.1, and any verified balance will be returned to you.

12.2 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

ceobdt operates as an offshore gaming platform. These Terms and your relationship with ceobdt shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ceobdt is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ceobdt platform, you agree to first contact ceobdt's support team at [email protected] and allow ceobdt a reasonable opportunity (no less than 30 days) to resolve the matter through direct communication before pursuing any other remedies.

ceobdt's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, and account management are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. ceobdt's support team is available 24/7 to assist with any concerns.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ceobdt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. No oral or written statement made outside of these documents shall form part of this agreement unless explicitly incorporated by reference herein.
